The email stated that I could use this credit for another BMW vehicle. On I received an email from BMW Financial Services informing me that my insurance paid the settlement and as a result they are giving me a credit of $5292.12, which is 50% of the amount remaining after subtracting my payoff amount from the insurance settlement’s amount (which means I had $10,584.24 in equity). My insurance issued a payment to BMW Financial Services in the amount of $44,344.58 on. I was involved in motor vehicle accident in a 2021 BMW X3 which was declared a total loss by my insurance on March 8th, 2023. I am filing this complaint against BMW Financial Services of North America as a result of a recent total loss claim on my vehicle.
